My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so great experiences. While the rooms were comfortable and suitable for gatherings with large groups, some aspects like the small bed and low water pressure in the shower were a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the hotel location was amazing and beautiful, offering a serene setting near the flowing creek, away from the chaos of the Pigeon Forge attractions. The service was welcoming and friendly, but there were a few misses like the lack of a personal call. Dining options were good, but it would have been better to have them on-site. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
